• Developed high-quality online courses with a focus on learning outcome alignment, course mapping, and software integration best practices.

• Advocated for accessibility by guiding faculty to meet WCAG standards and ensuring equitable access for all students.

• Provided one-on-one coaching and training to empower faculty in designing inclusive content for all course formats.

• Mentored faculty through every stage of course development, offering innovative ideas and continuous support.

• Regularly met with faculty to assist in building, revising, and refining online courses.

• Played a central role on the Educational Technology team, demonstrating resilience and dedication.

• Recognized as an intuitive and committed instructional designer who consistently goes above and beyond for faculty, staff, and students
