Problem: I based this training on the issues with phishing and other cyber attacks my current workplace has been experiencing this past year. A large number of employees were ignorantly clicking the links.

 

Solution: Designed and developed an eLearning course for learners to be able to identify potential cyberattacks, prevent them, and report them. Provided video tutorial for reporting a cyberattack attempt.
